Bellissimo hotel. Pulizia ottima, staff simpatico cordiale e ben organizzato, la camera spaziosa con vista piscina e uno scorcio di vista mare. La direzione è super efficiente, nei primi giorni c’era un problema con la doccia della piscina ma alla nostra segnalazione al mattino successivo sono arrivati gli idraulici che hanno immediatamente sistemato il problema. Il cibo buono, bisogna essere consci che non è cucina italiana ma cucina internazionale quindi per alcune pietanze bisogna sicuramente adattarsi. L’all-inclusive è soddisfacente, a differenza di altre strutture la scelta anche al bar della piscina è molto più ampia. L’animazione diurna è quasi assente ma questo per noi non era un problema( anche perché non è un villaggio bensì un hotel), mentre alla sera c’è sempre uno show carino per intrattenere i clienti con servizio bar al tavolo. Una valore aggiunto sicuramente è la posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla stazione autobus e al centro molto vivo di cala Millor. Insomma è un hotel che consiglio assolutamente. Da tenere presente che è un 3 stelle e quindi alcuni servizi non sono presenti come il fatto che non parlano italiano, ma anche qui non era un problema per noi dato che con un po’ di inglese o qualche parola in spagnolo ci siamo capiti perfettamente.

Le camere potrebbero essere pulite in modo più accurato, un biscotto di mio figlio è rimasto sotto al lavandino per giorni.
